Dear Yune Ae Park,
It is always good to hear from you and to hear that you are well in the Lord and to hear that you are comforted and encouraged by the grace of God. It is really good to share and to help and to love each other. God is always so good to us in providing us with all of our needs. God has chosen us, though we are unworthy, to be his instruments and his needy servants. God is so wonderful and merciful to us!
Yesterday(Sunday) evening Prof. Sun Ae Choo came to our Kangbyun church to deliver a message. The message was from the bottom of her heart. It was full of inspiration and challenge to modern men like us who live just in accordance to the modern current of infinite competition for the valueless. The heart of her message was this. The real purpose of education [or mission] is not to make men to compete and win. It is to make men meet God, to make men experience the saving grace of Christ, to make men resemble the character of Christ, and to make men be workers for the Kingdom of God. Her afterward word of confession to my assistants in my room was this. She is now practicing to abandon worldly things and she feels so free and happy to abandone things. I do admire her as I always have been admiring. May God be with you. May God bless you and comfort you. I love you miss you. I pray for you every day.
